New bug?

Arazogos directed me to what is usually the forest bandit hideout to collect the flag piece as is his habit, when I realized it was a mountain bandit hideout. After i entered i was disappointed to see it was just mislabeled. It was still full of arrow bois. It got me thinking though. Do I give up this play through until they patch it? Do the minor patches cause the same stability patches that the big ones do? Inquiring sturgian minds want to know.
