General Observations: Shields are required, otherwise you get shredded by ranged attacks. Skills and ship upgrades can boost shield health massively, with some like the Nord Decorated Shield crossing 2,000 hp! I've seen Huscarls with 20+ Javelins in their unbroken shield at the end of a battle. Town is at maximum upgrade, held it for 20 in game years, have food at +49, 300+ garrison + 200 militia, govern by brother najun with max stewardships skill, set fairgrounds as main activities and surrounding villages never get looted nor is the town ever being siege for years, yet the loyalty keep decreasing, previously in 1.5.5 the loyalty were always at green, try to get the policy that give +2 loyalty but the other lords are morons and rejected it, no one support it. Seems the major reason for this is loyalty drift, what is this? How to reduce this, what cause this? Is there no other way of gaining loyalty aside from enabling that one policy that boost loyalty?
