Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Im the ruler of my kingdom and I cant vote for myself in kingdom decisions after capturing a City/Castle

So I control about 1/3 of the Map and my kingdom is growing. When my kingdom had only 3 clans (me and 2 others), I always had the possibility to vote for myself in kingdom decisions. Höherer, I do have 5 other clans in my kingdom (beside my clan) and I simply cannot vote anymore for myself after a castle/City has been sieged. I Read in a other post that I should take away the castle and start a recast, but that only worked once so far. Any advice? I could put a lot of Castles/cities on one clan and then expell them from the kingdom, but I honestly dont want to.
