My Brothers and other lords do not have any levels in any skills. Any idea what is causing this? I am running CA_Eagle rising as the main mod.

Need help

I got eagle rising off of nexus mods and downloaded it via vortex. I enabled all my mods but whenever i launch the game from vortex it shows up as the unmodded vanilla version. What do I do?
