i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Game won’t run please help

I’ve tried reinstalling the game like 4 times I’m running 0 mods but for some reason every time I launch the game it just won’t do anything past the launcher, steam says the game is running but it is not and won’t let me stop it, any advice on what I can do?
