i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Failed conversation, marriage impossible ?

Hey,

I've been looking to marry a character but I wasn't aware that failing the 'seduction discussion'(not sure how to call it) was redhibitory.

Is there a mod or a console command -not to marry the npc- but to make it like I never failed that discussion ? There must be a variable or something to edit but unfortunately I do not know what it is nor how to find it :/
