Unique city/town maps

So, TellTale have on the Steam for MB II that one of their main goals is to have unique maps for all towns and cities (I think it's been the same description on the early access page though).

After the various patches and updates released in 10 months since the launch of early access my question is whether anyone knows exactly how many different maps are there so basically how close are they to the objective (or maybe are they already there?)?
