Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Lagging map after a while. Any fix?

So...my map screen has annoying stuttering and won't go above 35-ish FPS. I have a decent rig and I get nearly my 144 FPS in battles.

Anyone know what's causing this and/or how to fix it? I have a theory that it's related to too many tracks being spotted on the map after my scout started leveling up significantly.
