Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Anything I should know as a casual Warband player before starting Bannerlord?

I've been a casual fan of Warband for a couple years, and at first I avoided Bannerlord after being told it was basically Warband with better graphics, but I recently purchased it after looking a little more into it and liking what I saw.

I love Warband, but one of my biggest gripes with it was how most of my learning came from trial and error; and most errors resulted in anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours of grinding to get back to where I was. I'm a bit anxious about the same happening in Bannerlord. So, from the perspective of someone who has played a casual amount of Warband, are there any tips you can give me that will help me out a bit?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
