Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Tips on moving forward

I've been playing on a campaign for about 10 hours and I found myself stagnated I go around being a mercenary for different factions and I have 3 caravans that pull in decent denars but I want to start my kingdom but don't exactly know how to go about it.
