Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. Am I the only one who wants more mean lords when you have negative relationships? (Language)

Eronyx in my campaign has -99 for me, and he had a task and I accidentally clicked on it, he said "Blah blah, I don't quite trust you." I want a lord who has that level of hate for me to try and yell at me or something. "I would never entrust a sack of grain to your whore bloodline" Something more vulgar and realistic, I cut this dude's friend's head off.
