Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any way to decrease weight?

In the beginning i had my weight as standard but over time for some reason I’ve become horribly fat. Any way to change this?
