Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. I recently updated from 1.5.7 to 1.5.9 and I noticed a SIGNIFICANT decrease in performance. Is this a common problem with this version? I've seen a couple comments about performance issues recently but I figured it would be good to just ask.
Performance is so bad now that even after swapping my settings from a mostly medium setup, to all low/off, it is basically unplayable. It took 2 minutes to load the full inventory with cheat mode on, something that used to take about 10-15 seconds. The map is so laggy that after moving from one city to another I decided it was not even worth keeping going.
Every few patches I jump back in, play for a while to test out new stuff and usually the performance gets better. Is the beta version any better or am I better off waiting?
