Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Constant stuttering since I own the game

Hi guys, I havent played this game in a while because the game always stutters, if I enter a town, buy something, If I am in the middle of a fight or whenever someone gets hit I get little stutters that destroy my experience, and I've had them previously back on 1.4-something, and I have them now on 1.6.1, its completely annoying and I see people on youtube having an smooth experience, but I can't get that following any tutorial on youtube, can someone help? I was able to play games like RDR2 on almost ultra and I never experienced a single issue.
