Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. So how long does a wife give birth and do I need to stay at a settlement? or can I move from place to place and she will still give children?
