How the hell do I use Horse Archers?

In the previous versions of the game I remember that setting horse archers to "charge" would make them circle the enemy while showering them with arrows, and "engage" will make them retreat from enemy's melee range while shooting as they retreat. In this version it doesn't seem to be working that way? I've sent them to charge and about half of them went melee and the other half was randomly walking around, shooting at the shieldwall's shields. What commands should I be using for Horse Archers? Can AI factions give away fiefs to others?

Super weird, in this stage of the game where Vlandia owned a lot of Sturgias cities like Varcheg, Omor, and Epricrotea from the Northern Empire. Well something super weird just happened, all three of those cities just swapped to Sturgia. No siege, still at war it's extremely confusing. Is this a glitch or can cities just flip like that?

I am not affiliated with either faction, I'm a vassal for Battania.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
