Help with getting the new Nord name list?

Hello! I am addicted to lore, and have been digesting the new stuff in War Sails. My problem is I play on Xbox and I haven't gotten the new DLC due to reports of increased crashes. Could someone be amazing and find the Nord name list in the game data and post it here? Any way to increase caravan party size?

So I’m around 2 years into the game (I think not really sure) and whenever I set up a caravan it gets taken down in less than 2 weeks, sometimes even less than a single week. Is there a way to increase the caravan sizes? Because seeing other nobles owning caravans with 50 troops that rarely get attacked seems kind of unfair compared to the shitty 30 man caravan
