Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. Pendor: If you give a lord a castle with your own custom knighthood order, will he generate your custom knights?

I read somewhere that lords will generate knighthood order units if they own a property that has a chapter. I've invested a lot in my knighthood order, so if they'll generate my knights, Pendor will soon fall to its knees before me.
