Most polished complete overhaul mod?

Out of the Game of thrones, Warhammer, Anno Domini 1259 and Empires of Europe mods, which one has the least amount of lag and bugs? I don't mind which one I play, I just want a new experience from vanilla. submitted by /u/Horcsogg [link] [comments]

Can't figure out directional combat

I think the combat system in this game is pretty cool but I can't figure it out for the life of me. It feels like all my animations are too slow to respond to attacks or take advantage of blocks, not to mention that I have no control over my attack direction because just looking at my opponent to aim changes its direction. I feel like I'm missing a basic mechanic here because there's no way combat should feel this bad, especially with the reputation I've heard the series has.
