Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. Current State Of Bannerlord?

Hello friends! I have not been paying attention to the progress of Bannerlord within the last half a year, so I have no idea how the current game plays in comparison to early access release a year ago. Is the current state of Bannerlord is even worth playing, or should I just be patient until game is more polished and developed?
