Im having problems with launching the game

so i moved my still working bannerlord on an external drive a while back to clear my laptop and after a few weeks i moved it again to my laptop only now it was not lounching just blank after i hit play.

i disabled all my mods and nothing then i tried launching the bannerlordnative.exe but i get an error with a specific xinput9_1_0.dll which is sought by the game but when i give it the game gives the 0x000007 fucking error which is very confusing.

i need help i tried everything and its getting depressing.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
