Just came back to bannerlord 1.3 something after two years

And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

became king of battania by default

So im playing the game on a relatively easy setting, this is my first play through so im still learning.

basically been a mercenary for a while and not long became a vassal. Few good victories and took a castle in my short time as a vassal.

last battle I was in Caldog died and somehow I got voted to be next king. bit overwhelmed.

Now im still following the story of the dragon banner and ive got to either have my own kingdom or talk to another leader. but I am leader of Battania, any way around this is is this a glitch I probally wont be able to get around?

second question, What happens if I dont want to be king, I still want to go for a wonder around. can I keep my castles, what will happen does anyone know?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
