Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can barely find quests?

Hi lads, been playing since release. Before, on my first 2 runs I had no issue with finding quests. Could pop into a village and find a few.

Started a new run now and by god theres no quests anywhere. I visit up to 7 or 8 villages before i find a quest in any. And even when I do it's a quest I cant do. The only quest I can find reliably is the poachers quest, but im poor due to lack of quests, so I dont have the men to take down the poachers.

Did they change quest frequencies or something?
