Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Should Fiefs be gift-able without Trade grind?

Seems kinda unrealistic when you want to recruit lord to your faction that you cant promise them towns unless you have trade grinded?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
