Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Sieges even worse somehow

Just come back to this game after six months and I’m playing on the main version - shocked to see siege AI is even worse.

I used to get annoyed at them only one ladder, now they don’t use them at all - instead they just stand around the base getting picked off

Please fix this taleworlds, it’s fairly game breaking
