What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Returning player with Questions

Hey all I haven't played Bannerlord for a year like a lot of people I was waiting to start a new campaign after the game was (more) completed. And here I am again, but I can't really find a lot of resources that are up to date with the current version so I have a couple of questions.

  • Training troops, what is currently the fastest way of leveling up troops? Can I put them in a castle and every so often level them up and take them out. I also read that my fellow lords can retrieve soldiers from my garrison is this true?
  • Workshops seems pointless is this an accurate feeling I have, I have 2 that barely make 200 denars, and I first watched a video about where to place them but that doesn't seem to have helped.
  • How does the "Send Troops [autoresolve]" work, is it worth it or will I lose elite troops against 20 looters?
  • What do governers add to a settlement? And related to this any good companions that are must have?
  • Terrain I recall readinga couple of months ago that the battle terrain would be dynamic and based on the specific area where you where in on the Campaign map, but to my experience all battlemaps I've played on are the same as they where a year ago, and not related to the place on the campaign map.

Anything else I should know? Any good resources you can point me to that are up to date? Thanks in advance for any answers and tips you can give me.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

TaleWorlds Forums

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
