Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Something I don’t get

When I am taking in taxes and the tax inefficiency happens and I lose 50k, What am I to do to stop this. EDIT: However I only lose 100-500 denars every week and I have round about 750k.
