Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Tactics and Trade in bannerlord

Hello, im fairly new to bannerlord, but i have played warband.

So in Warband, usually the companion with the higher skill in the party, would be in charge of that role. (taking over from the party leader for said skills).

In bannerlord, there are roles in the clan which means the quarter master for steward, surgeon for medicine etc.. But what about the tactics and trades? Does autoresolve depends on your tactic skill, or the companion with the highest tactics in your party? Same for trades, does buying/selling goods depends on your trade skill or the highest of the companion's?
