I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. Wife recommendations with great steward/medic/trade skills for governor

I just got this game and had just strated to explore an empire playthrough and saw the skills of this maiden and my eyes almost popped oit with that massive medic skill. Are there other ladies that have really high int and social skills that you can recommed? It would be realy nice to have her as a governor.
