Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. War Time

Hey guys,

Forget about your longest wars for a sec, the tit for tat wars that can last 360 days plus, whats your shortest war ever?

That I can remember for me? 3 days, my side the Western Empire vs Northen Empire, Garios captured one castle with an army, I captured 3 merc lords and Ascyron their Emperor, who took over from his dad Lucon when he died, then got a 2k per day tribute offer from them. Has anyone had a shorter war that they can remember? That they didnt force an end to as leader that is
