I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. Annoyed Realm of Thrones

So ive done everything to the T about downloading this mod. I extracted files for Software extender and Harmony. I unblocked the dll files. Tried deleting everything and restarted and STILL it stops like shown in the picture. Anybody have any ideas?
