Constant Wars

I’m sure this gets brought up a million times a day on here but I need to rant before I absolutely blow my top off😂I am absolutely obsessed with everything medieval. I play Chivalry 2, Medieval Dynasty, For Honor, and in most games that allow a sword in a gunfight, I bring a sword. That being said, I just started Bannerlord a week ago and have been utterly obsessed. I’m on Xbox and I stopped playing everything else. Up until now.. I cannot in good faith keep playing this game. I’m part of the Khuzaits and Monchug, the moron he is, keeps declaring war on the southern and northern empire at the same time. He’s done this my entire playthrough so we’ve taken quite a bit of their land. On paper, the game says we’re immensely more powerful. We have almost “16,000 troops” more than them. And yet, our little Monchug keeps declaring war constantly, never forms armies, so I’m forced into stopping what I’m doing to lead massive pushes into their territory. But because it’s both north and south, ...

And yet, our little Monchug keeps declaring war constantly, never forms armies, so I’m forced into stopping what I’m doing to lead massive pushes into their territory. But because it’s both north and south, while I’m attacking the south, the north takes territory. It’s extremely frustrating now because they somehow just keep pulling 1800 men strong armies out of their black hole arseholes. Im genuinely so done already and it saddens me because I adored this game when I first started. Now it feels like a war simulator and that’s it. I’m CONSTANTLY defending or attacking because our own mongaloids refuse to do anything. I’m only a vassal and don’t wanna be king until my next playthrough. So am I just completely screwed to a perpetual forever war with the empire? It’s been 2 irl days now and I’ve not done anything except attack, defend, attack, defend, over and over again. I’ve even started executing every single noble I’ve come across (around 20 at this point) but nothing changes. They just keep both forming massive 1200-2000 men strong armies. Do the devs even play their own game? Doesn’t seem like it….

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

TaleWorlds Forums

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
