Endless Snow - PS5

For the console bros, anyone else still having this issue? 80% of the battles I fight are in the snow, sometimes it even snows in summer in the desert. During the whole year you only get half of summer as 'snowless'. I switched back to vanilla bannerlord (non-war sails) and forgot how green and lush the scenery can be. Cav can actually charge, no more projectile and movement debuffs. This is so frustrating. Does RBM affect the Scorpion siege weapons ?

So in a battle I was noticing that my scorpions weren't doing shit, so I manually took over and noticed that my rounds were falling short so I thought alright no big deal, readjusted and after some difficulty i drilled one guy and he shrugged it off ate a scorpion bolt and lived and did like maybe 30 damage no stronger than like a regular arrow.

Does RBM touch on the Scorpion? that thing used to cut through infantry mobs and now they are just paperweights.
