any good overhaul mods you recommend?

[PoP] Can someone give me a quick run down of CKO trainer companions and which stats to develop, the DOs and Don'ts?

I plan to run Diev-Sigismund-Leslie-Kaverra-Lethaldiran-Julia-Alyssa-Alistair + Rayne-Ansen as stable companion group. I hate to micro manage companions as well.

As Wiki suggested, I plan to hire Sir Jocelyn, Sir Alistair and Lethaldiran for CKO training, do I need to level them up in order to make them more effective?
