Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Heres a sad thought. Bannerlord feels existentially pointless because all our hard work. All our feasting, conquesting and dynasty building is all in vain because the empire you build will be all gone in 200 years.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
