I came to game after a long time of not playing and now I need an advice

I came back ti M&B after some videos on YouTube. Right now I'm at the beginning of the game

So, I got myself a quest to collect taxes in Suno. Things went fine, but now I have almost 8000 dinars. At this point, my thoughts are divided between giving tax money to that count as a good and loyal man, or running away with all that cash and "pimp my ride". What should I do?
