Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [Persino] Third Legion Culture?

Yoo,

So I'm doing a Persino run, and before I become king I was thinking about doing the quests to unlock the Third Lrgion culture, but saw an old post saying it was broken?

Does anyone know if it got fixed? Are the troops worth it?
