Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Looking for character ideas for written story driven by playthrough

Greetings Lords and Ladies!

A new clan is emerging from the ashes of the Calradic civil war, one which poses a threat… to those who would oppose a unified kingdom. Too long have the kingdoms of Calradia warred amongst themselves and let their people and their lands decay, their families and friends be subjugated, and their coffers drained. Long time lurker, first time poster here. I am starting a new campaign playthrough and I was hoping to build a character list and take the campaign out of the game as well. I enjoy video games and writing so I figured this would be a fun way to do both and maybe give some of you guys some enjoyment with a sort of story per say that I put together. I know Bannerlord doesn’t really allow for naming specific units but I can use the character list to write up stuff using the campaign as a way to get the setting/scene/events etc.

If anyone is interested, just comment below so I can add you. I’ll try to make every person a separate and unique soldier and track the highlights of the campaign. Just thought this could be fun, hopefully everyone joins in and we make some cool memories. Looking forward to fighting with all of you!

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
