Help with getting the new Nord name list?

Hello! I am addicted to lore, and have been digesting the new stuff in War Sails. My problem is I play on Xbox and I haven't gotten the new DLC due to reports of increased crashes. Could someone be amazing and find the Nord name list in the game data and post it here? Dev Console

Been playing around with the dev console but havent found a way to increase the xp of my party (companions). Is there a command to do so?

Edit: I am a medical student, dont have much time to play and just want to enjoy myself.
