Help with getting the new Nord name list?

Hello! I am addicted to lore, and have been digesting the new stuff in War Sails. My problem is I play on Xbox and I haven't gotten the new DLC due to reports of increased crashes. Could someone be amazing and find the Nord name list in the game data and post it here? What is up with looters?

I just started playing again after a while, and I cannot seem to catch looters. They always run to some crevasse on the map and then we ping pong around forever despite being mere pixels apart from one another. I have actually had my model overlap with theirs and still not attack. My speed, despite being higher than theirs, will also be reduced to match theirs exactly. This has never happened to me before.
