Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. From 144 FPS to 2 FPS

As titel is saying, I am experiencing huge frame drops/stuttering. Mainly when I am on the campaign map or in the shop, It can suddenly go from running smooth to being almost frozen for several seconds. The stuttering never happens during battle. I have tried almost every fix I can find online, but nothing has helped. It mainly started after latest update.

I have a

1080TI GPU

I59600K CPU

32 GB Ram 1600 Mhz.
