Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Why attack bandit hideouts?

I was just wondering what you gain out of attacking hideouts except for loot and xp. Is it not a bad thing in the long run since you dont have bandits hanging around for you to attack and train your party?
