Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Cant find fief voting screen?

So I just started my first playthrough a couple of days ago and got to the point where I am now a tier 3 vassal of the western empire and am trying to get some land.

I go with my lord´s army to Poros and siege it down with him and an election starts, but I cant find where the election is??? Can someone tell me where the voting screen is please?
