A mod for Absolutism or Realistic Administration

So i am talking about a mod that would make it possible to make monarch take all the decisions. Because be it a desert culture or be it a northern culture, in the game they are both ruled with same admin. system. Which is not really realistic, like, is this Switzerland bro? Multiplayer FPS Stuttering Potential Fix

Since the patch a few months ago I started to get horrible FPS stuttering, it would take at least 2 multiplayer rounds for it to subside and even then it wasn't that smooth.

After exhausting every option I could find to try and fix it, I ended up moving my install folder from my storage drive to an SSD and the stuttering completely went away. Just wanted to share incase others were having similar issues in multiplayer.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
