Party speed

I just started a new vlandian sandbox run. Usually I'm battania. I feel my party speed is to slow and am chasing bandits all the time. I got a lot of pack horses and verb working in trading to raise funds also fighting as mercenary. What are all the steps for maximum party speed optimizing as vlandian? What are the console commands to boost food or do Instant construction in the settlements?

I'm just trying to figure this out I wanna boost food and productivity but to do that I need to build and that just takes forever. What are the console commands?
