Party speed

I just started a new vlandian sandbox run. Usually I'm battania. I feel my party speed is to slow and am chasing bandits all the time. I got a lot of pack horses and verb working in trading to raise funds also fighting as mercenary. What are all the steps for maximum party speed optimizing as vlandian? why two subreddits?

What is the point in splitting an already small fanbase into two, r/Bannerlord and r/MB2Bannerlord ?

I get that r/mountandblade is its own subreddit as it's supposed to be for both games, and I get that r/MountandBladeWarband is its own since its for that game only. But why do we have two for one game?
