Friendly NPC AI is terrible

An update the AI of friendly units would be great.

Get downed while attacking a castle. And the second I do it all goes to sh*t.

Units splitting up. Running into walls. Single units running into crowds without even swinging and instantly dying.

Yet enemy AI seems smart enough not to use basic tactics.
