Party speed

I just started a new vlandian sandbox run. Usually I'm battania. I feel my party speed is to slow and am chasing bandits all the time. I got a lot of pack horses and verb working in trading to raise funds also fighting as mercenary. What are all the steps for maximum party speed optimizing as vlandian? When Launched, Game doesn't load At All.

For the past month or so, I've been trying to get back into Bannerlord after a near-6 month hiatus. The moment I load the launcher (from steam and the C: drive), I go to single-player, and once I press play, with or without Mods, it doesn't even load: it's just like a clear screen but SOMEHOW the launcher is working alike a background process.

How the heck do I fix this?

Also, I'll post a video once I get on PC.

Edit: I have Uninstalled and reinstalled, verified the game files, and even searched up possible answers to no avail, one of the more prime possibilities that had been to no avail was unblocking all .dll files.
