I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Have decent soldiers (footmen-trained footmen and a lot of cavalry) charge the enemy do a lot of damage in short time retreat and repeat until you have more men than them
