Party speed

I just started a new vlandian sandbox run. Usually I'm battania. I feel my party speed is to slow and am chasing bandits all the time. I got a lot of pack horses and verb working in trading to raise funds also fighting as mercenary. What are all the steps for maximum party speed optimizing as vlandian? Does anyone have the first versions of the freelancer mod?

Hi guys! I need it for modding purposes on older Bannerlord versions. On Nexusmods I can only find it for 1.5.9 and 1.6.0. I've talked to the mod creator and he said it's unlikely he still has them anywhere so...any lifesaver over here? Thanks in advance! :)
